Kid Mode is one tap away for your child. Returning to Grown-up Mode is gated by Face ID or your device passcode, so health records and private photos stay protected.
Make sure both devices are signed in to the same Apple ID and have iCloud Drive enabled in Settings. Sync runs over your iCloud account, so a stable connection helps. If it persists, toggle iCloud off and on for Kovar, then reopen the app.
Modules (flush/stoma, bladder, diet, mood, school, and more) are per child. Set them during onboarding or later in Settings → Edit profile, so the app only shows what your family needs.
Use the weekly report for a quick shareable record, or the Appointments tab's "Prepare for clinic" to generate a combined PDF you can print or share.
Delete any entry or photo in the app, or remove everything via Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Storage → Kovar, or by deleting the app. Because we hold none of your data, there's nothing to request from us.
No. Kovar only records and shares information you enter from your own care team. It never diagnoses or suggests medicines or doses. Always follow your clinician's guidance.
