Scores AU is an iOS application that provides live sports scores, match schedules, push notifications, and Live Activity updates for Australian and international sports leagues. The app is operated by Adrian McGee ("we", "us", "our"), based in Australia.
You may use Scores AU for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Scores AU offers an optional paid subscription ("Pro") that unlocks additional features including:
Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription, billed through the Apple App Store. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.
We reserve the right to change which features are included in the free tier or Pro tier at any time. Existing subscribers will not have features removed during their current billing period.
Score data is sourced from third-party APIs including ESPN, football-data.org, Squiggle, and others. While we make every effort to display accurate and timely information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of scores and statistics. Do not rely on Scores AU for gambling, betting, or wagering decisions.
Live scores may be delayed. Data availability depends on the respective API providers and is subject to change without notice.
By enabling notifications, you consent to receiving push notifications for events related to teams you follow, including score changes, pre-game alerts, and final scores. You can disable notifications at any time through your device's Settings app. Live Activities are subject to iOS system limits and may not always start or update in real time.
The Scores AU name, logo, app design, and original content are owned by us. Team names, logos, and sports data belong to their respective owners (leagues, clubs, and data providers). Scores AU is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sports league, club, broadcaster, or governing body.
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Scores AU for personal purposes.
Scores AU is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable legislation, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) Scores AU, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Scores AU will not exceed the amount you paid for your Pro subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim, or AUD $10 if you have not paid anything.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable Australian consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
Scores AU integrates with third-party services (Apple, Google, ESPN, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service.
You may stop using Scores AU at any time by deleting the app. You can also delete your account from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your account data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, unless you are a consumer entitled to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction under applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by in-app notice. Continued use of Scores AU after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
